I create music attentive to sound and listening, exploring the tension between structure and the unexpected. As an accordionist, I improvise exclusively, moving through sonic territories from minimalism to raw physicality. As a composer, I create pieces for ensembles and interdisciplinary performances, conceived in close connection with the places and people involved.
I move between the academic world and the DIY scene, drawn to what flows between human beings, disciplines and contexts. My work tries to capture this movement and shape ephemeral, delicate forms, with the unpredictable at the heart of the process.
For me, making art is political. It's a way of trying out other ways of listening, acting, and being together. My work stays close to reality, asks for attention, and looks to poetry as a space of freedom.
